The IWS online report tracker system allow IWS to report results back to the client site and the compliance management team via the IWS web link. The system allows compliance data to be shared with all interested parties via the IWS web link.
Risk assessments and monitoring data can be viewed simultaneously by all interested parties.

IWS understand the pressures of operating complex multi building sites and have tailored the service to industry to help minimise the management time required to ensure compliance. By using the ORT system data can be filtered to “report by exception” and highlight those test results and inspections that require action.

The IWS risk assessment is provided in hard copy and via the client login for Online Report tracker – The IWS Legionella risk assessment will highlight areas of compliance and non-compliance with current standards and will detail one off remedial works and routine maintenance to reduce risk and ensure compliance.
Industrial organisations require a professional non intrusive service to a quality standard and image that reflects the site in which we work. All IWS surveyors and water hygiene operatives are trained to the Legionella Control Association standards are provided with liveried vehicles and workwear.
The routine maintenance including tanks and calorifier inspection, temperature monitoring and shower head cleaning and disinfection at industrial sites is not in itself complex; the issue for most site operators is the number of buildings that require service and the amount of remedial actions and results that are generated. IWS have designed systems that make the most productive use of the data collected and minimise managerial input for the client by reporting on exception.
IWS undertake remedial upgrade work ranging from cooling tower pack and drift eliminator replacement to process and domestic water tank replacement, tank lining and upgrade.
IWS provide a comprehensive cleaning and disinfection package in accordance with the current Health & Safety Executive (H&SE) requirements. The standard IWS package includes issue of system specific method statements, work schedules, provision of equipment, specialist labour and chemicals, issue of certificates and observation reports.
IWS provide a cleaning and disinfection service for Industrial cooling towers and evaporative condensers plus process and domestic water storage and distribution systems.
