About Us
Integrated Water Services Ltd (IWS), a sister company of South Staffordshire Water and part of South Staffordshire plc, provides specialist service in all aspects of water hygiene, abstraction, distribution, analysis and treatment.
IWS supplies a wide range of services to the public sector, utility companies, industrial, commercial and retail customers.
History
IWS, formally OnSite - Water Treatment Services and Pump Services, which provided a range of engineering based services dealing with all aspects of the water cycle, has grown organically and more recently by controlled acquisition.
IWS acquired Brocol Consultants in December 2006, who had an excellent reputation in providing water hygiene services over a 17 year period and Wells Water in April 2008 who, for 10 years provided water hygiene risk assessment and service in the North West of England.
Both Brocol and Wells Water have now been fully integrated and re-branded into the IWS business.
Objectives
Integrated Water Service’s primary business objective is to establish and maintain long term working relationships with a client base that will benefit directly from the experience, knowledge and expertise within Integrated Water Services and the wider South Staffordshire PLc group.
The core services provided by IWS are delivered by utilising the experience and expertise of a directly employed resource.

IWS operate nationally from seven regional bases across the country plus a fully equipped specialist engineering workshop in the midlands.
Integrated Water Services provide professional consultancy and technical service support for the health and safety, hygiene, environmental management and maintenance of water systems.
